Axway is looking for an energetic yet professional employee who is interested in a part time receptionist position. The position is responsible for exemplifying the professionalism of the organization through their communication and contact with clients and employees.


  • Performs necessary tasks involved in a professional receptionist environment.
  • Answers incoming phone calls:
    • Ensures that all incoming phone calls are handled in an efficient and courteous manner
    • Acts as a customer resource regarding the products, structure, and operation of company in order to direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Responsible for all HR filing
  • Participation in HR projects as needed

Key Competencies

  • Outgoing personality, highly organized
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Proficiency in all Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)


  • Has worked in a customer service capacity
  • Some previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Physical presence required in the office from 11am - 2pm, M-F
  • Opportunity to work additional hours to cover vacation and time off periodically
