We are seeking a Fee Processing Data Entry Specialist who is highly motivated, has strong communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.  This role will be this individual's first steps in building a successful career with a premier firm.  This professional's primary responsibilities will be a data entry specialist within the Fee Department reporting into the Department's Supervisor.  

The Company currently charges annual client service fees in excess of $400 million to over 30,000 subaccounts. The fee structure is complex and customized. This role will require broad analytical skills and attention to detail.  The primary responsibilities are included below:


  • Implement fee structure for new accounts in Bessemer's Trust Accounting System (Global Plus)
  • Perform fee related changes for all existing accounts
  • Process fee workflow requests
  • Calculate and process monthly, quarterly and annual co-trustee payments
  • Calculate and process final fees
  • Prepare manual invoices as needed
  • Assist in special projects upon request


  • Attentive to detail, good mathematical skills and highly motivated
  • Someone who can critically evaluate situations and be a problem solver
  • Self-Starter with strong organizational skills (able to handle multiple tasks)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
  • Strong PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Global Plus a strong plus
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
