Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary

Manages the day-to-day operations of a real estate company, including inspecting properties and coordinating with the maintenance department for necessary repairs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides support to potential and existing residents
  • Keeps track of rent collections, delinquent accounts, and budgets
  • Updates and maintains resident records 
  • Inspects buildings and shows property to potential residents
  • Coordinates with the maintenance team to address property repairs
  • Communicates effectively with and reports issues to the property manager
  • Distributes marketing materials and adverts to potential tenants
  • Completes administrative tasks, such as faxing, scanning, and filing
  • Listens to and works to resolve residents’ complaints
