Description
POSITION: Onboarding Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources (Kansas City, KS)

Starting Salary: $20-22 (Hourly)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding of new hires which includes background screening, reference checks, verifications and other onboarding activities for newly hired candidates. They perform human resources-related duties at the technical level and will carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: recruitment, training, affirmative action and employment equity programs. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to team members, management, and People Experience Team.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires junior college/two-year training college, associate's degree or high school diploma, and 1-3 years related experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
