Position Summary:

The Practice Solutions Consultant provides day to day support of the department and our third-party vendors. Primary responsibilities include Sales/Pipeline management, customer service, webinar planning, content creation/development/management, and other administrative tasks. Using CRM, effectively stewards leads, being the first point of contact for customers. Ensures integrity of CRM data by updating records daily and moving leads through the Pipeline accordingly. Plans and facilitates all customer-facing events, such as Webinars and Workshops, and triages all incoming customer inquiries to the business unit. Manages Benco's online customer-facing learning platform Benco Dental U.

This role possesses the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, reporting/analytics, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Co-Travels to support our sales force in Practice Solutions Offerings
  • Responsible for meeting financial goals and metrics by closing sales.
  • Triage and qualify incoming leads, first point of contact with customer/sales reps on Coaching leads
  • Collect all pertinent information from sales reps and customers to ensure leads have accurate and detailed information
  • Responsible for the data integrity and consistent follow up of all leads
  • Schedules discovery calls for the customer with a Benco expert when needed
  • Move leads through appropriate stages and closes leads when applicable
  • Build out Pipeline process and stages for new services as needed
  • Create customized views in CRM for ease of viewing and reporting
  • Triages department group email boxes and checks voice mail daily
  • Field and resolve customer and sale rep inquiries and/or issues, escalating to leadership when needed
  • First point of contact for third party vendors, escalating to leadership when needed
  • Facilitates meetings with Regional Sales teams to educate them on our programs
  • Audits and processes the per diem coaches payroll
  • Owns the planning and facilitation of Webinars and Workshops
  • Works with marketing to have flyers created and posted where needed
  • Manage workshop sales and the customer registration process
  • Handles the administrative side of our marketing tasks; entering Jira's, keeping Salesbox organized and updated, posting weekly in the marketing update, BBD ads
  • Develops Office Manager content and curriculum for BOOM


Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one to three years of experience managing a dental office
  • At least one to three years of dental clinical experience
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
