POSITION: Youth Community Support Worker II

DEPARTMENT: Community Counseling (Kansas City, Northland)

Starting Salary: $48,000- $53,000 (Annually)

(Starting salary depends on education)

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will provide therapeutic and community support services to children and youth diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness and/or have a qualifying DLA-20@score. These services are provided in a community-based setting, assisting the youth and family in achieving individualized life goals within their community and living environment. Hours are flexible in order to meet the needs of the youth and families Tri County services. Services will be provided in Clay county, Missouri.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's Degree in Human service or another related field. Other minimum requirements include being able to provide direct service to clients. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
