Schedule & Pay

  • Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
  • Includes working every other weekend & every other holiday
  • Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Job Description

The Activities Assistant is responsible for facilitating Well-Being and recreational activities as assigned in treatment plans or activity schedule as directed by the Activities Coordinator and/or Well-Being Director. Possesses the ability to obtain and interpret information considering age specific needs of the resident. Promotes environment that supports all aspects of Well-Being: physical, social, emotional, vocational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual. The Activities Assistant assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the facility.


Qualifications
  • One (1) year related work experience. Dementia/memory support programming experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
