Job Description

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that drives innovation and excellence in neurosurgical care? We're seeking a passionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Outpatient Neurosurgery service, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive care to our patients.

Role Overview:

Your role will be multifaceted, requiring both independent clinical expertise for patient visits and a collaborative spirit for shared appointments. You'll also take the lead in evaluating patients, triaging them to our esteemed neurosurgical attendings for the best possible treatment outcomes.

This opportunity is open to new and experienced APPs with Neuro-Onc or Neurosurgery experience

Key Qualifications:

    Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in neurosurgery or neuro oncology

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • Related National NP certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience in neurosurgery or neuro oncology

Additional Information:

  • Hours: 4, 10 hour shifts flexed days (Mon-Fri no weekend no holidays)
  • Location: 1275 York Avenue
  • This opportunity will accept applications of graduates or experienced APPs with experience in Neuro-Oncology or Neurosurgery

Pay Range $144,000-$182,000K
