Job Title:Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor (Electrical):

Your Day-to-Day:




  • Resource manager Electrical assembly and Testing personnel.
  • Providing updates to P6 schedule on Electrical assembly and Testing activities.
  • Ensuring training qualifications are completed on time and maintained properly.
  • Ensure resources are assigned for maintenance work tied to electrical equipment.
  • Conduct PFP meetings throughout year as well as merit decisions.
  • Address personnel performance issues.
  • Approve weekly time and vacation requests.
  • Determine training and qualifications needs for each process/job/task in group.
  • Ensure Proper training is assigned and completed on time in PowerHub.
  • Support physical work for groups as needed and as qualified to perform.


  • Ensure work orders are created upon release of a new job.
  • Reviewing and approving work orders, ensure they are correct, distribute to shop personnel.
  • Ensuring ECO changes are incorporated into work orders.
  • Ensuring CMTRs for raw material are reviewed and approved in PRIME.
  • Loading heat lot numbers for available raw material into work order database
  • Support offer process, estimating hours required to complete bid scope of work.
  • Ensure Manufacturing assembly procedures are in accordance with Level 2 procedures and current site practices.



Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:




  • 5+years leading a team and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Preferred, a basic understanding of the electrical assembly process.
  • Proficient with SAP
  • Preferred experience with testing FHE electrical cabinets.
