Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce data encompassing hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics to discern prevailing trends and forecast labor requirements.
  • Develop and customize data visualization dashboards, reports, and related products tailored to meet client specifications and preferences.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of comprehensive position description libraries.
  • Oversee the administration of relational databases to ensure optimal functionality and data integrity.
  • Employ techniques to normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets, facilitating coherent analysis.
  • Collaborate in the design and execution of surveys spanning 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
  • Furnish data analytic support for diverse initiatives, including surveys, data calls, and other human capital endeavors.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in articulating technical or analytic findings through easily comprehensible narratives, employing graphical, written, and verbal communication channels.
  • Manage HR data and conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Current Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience of 9+ years without a degree.
  • Previous data analysis experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in additional tools such as Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, and Lawson.
  • Experience in workforce analytics and workforce planning
