  • Estimated annual base pay: $57,000.00 - 71,300.00 (midpoint) - 85,600.00

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Project Coordinator II, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Senior Project Coordinator reports to the Program Director. This role is responsible to coordinate all activities related to the projects assigned. This position may have contact with both suppliers, internal and external customers. This position will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables, including contractual and business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools

  • Engage in independent contact with Customer

  • Lead department and/or cross-functional team in process improvement activities

  • Manage and track Project Schedule, Budget, and CTC (within PLC process), and report out at project status meetings and project reviews, as needed

  • Coordinate/track and expedite all hardware needed to support testing and customer shipments

  • Read and execute MRP to meet schedule requirements

  • Lead project status meetings and maintain action item lists

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree or international equivalent preferred.

  • High school diploma or international equivalent required

  • 2 years experience in similar job function (e.g. Development Project Coordination, Production Planning, NPI Processes)

  • Manufacturing processes knowledge a plus
