Job Description Summary

Product Support Analyst

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Product Support Analyst. As a Product Support Analyst,
You will be responsible for facilitating and augmenting the overall Sunbelt Rentals warranty process, and reports directly to the Director of Product Support. This position's main responsibilities are to maximize the value of the overall Sunbelt Rentals warranty opportunity by proactively managing the entire process and efficiently administering the company's Service and Safety bulletins.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Fill out all warranty claims for the different manufacturers, either electronically or in manual forms, based on closed warranty work order segments submitted by the stores.
* Recommend ways to more efficiently process these claims by working with Sunbelt Rentals Product
* Support department, IT and the affected preferred suppliers.
* Monitor warranty claims filed by store and region to expedite prompt credits.
* Coordinates with the Purchasing Department in order to expedite warranty claim credit recovery, and to work though warranty disputes with manufacturers.
* Logs credits received on the warranty work order segments.
* Reviews closed work orders to identify missed warranty claims.
* Provide adequate reporting regarding the warranty recovery program.
* Administration of service/safety bulletin programs for the company, including prompt notification to the field of effected units, continual monitoring until completion and follow-up correspondence with manufacturers.
* Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely receipt and proper coding of warranty and part return checks & credits.
* Monthly reconciliation of warranty receivable accounts in Wynne systems.
* Administration and communication of Sunbelt Rentals Warranty recovery incentive programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Industry or Process Experience
* Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to make sound business decisions and to manage several processes in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills. Interacts with suppliers and Sunbelt Rentals executive, regional, district and store personnel.
* Analytic ability to review and act on statistical, financial and Wynne warranty related reports.
* Mechanical and Service Experience a Plus.
* Knowledge of PC productivity software including Excel, Word, Access, etc.
* Wynne Experience a Plus.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $45,234.00 - 62,196.20
