Marketing Coordinator

Are you interested in design? How about the built environment and how it shapes our community? Well, if you answered YES then FSB Architects + Engineers has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. This position requires a strong team participant to support a wide array of marketing functions. A marketing background in architecture, engineering or another professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and developing materials for project proposals, including writing, editing and formatting proposal information, and ensuring that proposal material is accurate, timely and well written.
• Experience with SF330 proposals preferred, but not required.
• Coordinates, assembles and prepares materials for client presentations and interviews.
• Participates in developing Digital Content.
• Shares the responsibility of developing and maintaining marketing resource materials and information - brochures, photographs and general records.
• Assist in tradeshow graphics, events and printed collateral.
• Cultivate the company's overall strategic message and brand.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in print layout and design.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads (open office environment).
• Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules.
• Desire to contribute as part of a team and able to collaborate successfully with others.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, Graphic Design, Public Relations or Communications (or comparable experience)
• Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in a marketing position (with a design or professional services firm will be a plus)
