Purpose of Position |
To provide leadership management for the
MBA, MAcc, and
MBLI programs in the areas of student career development and advising. Our graduate programs have represented rapidly growing areas of enrollment for
NKU, but personnel are needed to manage critical aspects of successful operations. This includes projects that enhance student potential for career outcomes, management of admission, ongoing administration, and advising related to
MBA, MAcc, and
MBLI. |
Primary Responsibilities |
- Admission, MBA MAcc and MBLI Overseeing the admission process for the MBA, MAcc, and MBLI programs, including application review, applicant communication, and enrollment management.
- Advising MBA, MAcc, and MBLI Providing guidance and support to students in the MBA, MAcc, and MBLI programs regarding course selection, program requirements, career goals alignment, and other academic matters.
- Administration, MBA, MAcc and MBLI: Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the MBA, MAcc, and MBLI programs, such as scheduling, budgeting, record-keeping, and coordination with other departments.
- Student Career Development MBA, MAcc, and MBLI: Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance students' career prospects, including workshops, networkingevents, internship opportunities, and partnerships with employers.

Qualifications |
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), SAP/myNKU, web content management software, ImageNow, Curriculog, Canvas, social media platforms
- Must have own transportation for occasional off-site work tasks (e.g., student recruiting events)
