About the Job

The Hamilton Hart lab studies CD8 T cell responses to infection, predominantly in mouse models. This position will involve cellular immunology approaches (flow cytometry, cell culture stimulations), molecular approaches (CRISPR), and the immunization of mice followed by tissue collection and analysis.

Responsibilities
* (30%) Assist in immunology research focused on T cell and NK cell responses to infection.
* (30%) Participate in data collection and analysis involving both cell culture assays and mouse tissues.
* (20%) Support the ongoing experiments being conducted by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the laboratory.
* (10%) Assist with maintenance of the mouse colony.
* (10%) Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

All required qualifications must be documented on application materials.
Required Qualifications:
* BA/BS in a science related field or a combination of education and experience to equal four (4) years.
* Have laboratory experience.
* Willingness to work with mice for research studies.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Flow cytometry experience.
* Experience working with mice for research.
