Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities What We're Looking For: Iridium Communications is searching for a Mission Manager who wants to work in an exhilarating and challenging role in the space exploration industry. As the Mission Manager, you will lead one of our Mission Real Time Operations (MRTO) crews and coordinate all activities related to our satellite network. You will have the final authority in Command & Control of the Iridium Satellite Network and ensure the successful operation of our infrastructure 24/7. Additionally, you will work alongside a dynamic team driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of space technology. Foster and develop a highly effective team of MRTO crews to manage and coordinate daily mission objectives and recovery from unplanned events

Work Environment: This position works in the company office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer.
