Your Role With Us:As an Occupational Therapist where you'll utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate and treat patients, developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and involvement in goal-setting. Your role will involve meticulous documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and efficient caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, be licensed or license-eligible in Oregon, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clinical experience is preferred, and BLS certification is required.
