Overview LMI is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) Transformation effort. This position can be performed remotely. The position will develop, validate, update, and deliver training plans and materials into the VA. The Training Development Specialist will also answer training inquiries, research answers, and provide clear summary responses as needed to users and government leadership. The candidate filling this position must be proactive, articulate, and comfortable interacting with key leadership. Responsibilities
Develop training materials and technical documentation (i.e., Users Guides, Enterprise Help, Training Plans, training aids, handouts, online course).
