What you will do:

Product and Key Account trends



  • Frequent performance reporting utilizing Circana scan and household panel databases for internal reporting and customer category reviews
  • Continuous improvement of standardized monthly reporting for senior management to provide intuitive access to key trends and performance.


Category and Clearwater Insight



  • Utilizing standard and ad hoc reporting to identify causal factors of business trends.
  • Be the category expert and drive insight into action by influencing internal and external stakeholders through fact-based selling stories, category knowledge, best practices, and shopper insights.
  • Develop actionable insights that maximize growth opportunities for both the category and CLW items while ensuring outputs are measurable, achievable, and tied to company objectives.


Develop 4P recommendations



  • Organize data and complete category reviews that identify account-specific opportunities in price, promotion, product, distribution, and shelving.
  • Communicate and meet with field sales and customer partners to provide business opportunities and recommendations as well as quantifiable impact.


Performance and key account execution



  • Develop reporting that tracks best-in-class retailer strategy and performance as a means to contrast against CLW account execution.
  • Identify alternative recommendations as applicable


Competitive market analysis



  • Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace trends and opportunities while socializing best-in-class practices.
  • Provide insight on competitive trends, impact, and potential action.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other departments, including (account sales leads, sales leadership, business development, and technical) to ensure relevancy to insights and key initiatives

What you will need:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years relevant experience, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and planning skills.
  • Must have advanced experience, knowledge, and ability to download and manipulate syndicated data (Circana or Nielsen)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Primarily office - Some mental, visual, physical fatigue from computer terminal use.
  • Minimal exposure to manufacturing facilities but occasionally required
  • Travel around 20-30%

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience among other factors. Benefits are generally available after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and a 401k plan. Paid time off will include vacation days, personal days, and company holidays.
