Oversee finance for commercial real estate, private wealth and credit. Primary responsibilities include the development and analysis of strategic initiatives; interpreting and communicating financial results to senior management and front line staff; calculating and forecasting the financial effects of managerial initiatives; maintaining annual budget and on-going financial forecasts for the group; and monitoring and improving the integrity of the financial results in an unbiased manner.Managerial and supervisory responsibilities include the mentoring, coaching, and development of a team of financial analysts in the delivery of the overall responsibilities of the group. Lastly, direct and participate from time to time in cross-bank, multi-functional teams for various initiatives and be the subject matter expert for all matters relating to Line of Business and Credit's financial statements and condition. This role will have elevated visibility with executive leadership to provide insight and guidance on current and future financial performance. Job Accountabilities
