The Senior Compensation Analyst Assist equity plan administration, working closely with the Compensation Director and the Company's external stock plan administrator to ensure accuracy of participant records, process routine transactions (e.g., new grants, terminations, etc.), comply with SOX controls and provide support as needed. Will also coordinate and administer compensation processes and policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's compensation program. Job Responsibilities
