There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and drive cost reduction initiatives with our suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing operations with a consistent track record of delivering results in the semiconductor industry. This strategic role drives cost reduction effort, leads supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and supports New Product Introduction (NPI) over the entire product life cycle. Responsibilities:
