Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it! Apple is seeking a dynamic, individual to lead strategic partnerships with Apple's Managed Service Providers (MSP). In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with key cross functional Apple teams to inspire partners to develop an Apple Practice and service offering. Building relationships with key partner collaborators, delivering joint business plans, driving sales engagement, and applying standard processes to accelerate Apple product, platform, and services adoption in the US business segment. We are here to grow Apple's Enterprise business through partnering with our MSPs' product, service delivery, solution architect, sales and marketing teams. We develop strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realize this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and ensure execution across the businesses. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build plans and programs that scale the business and adoption of Apple at Work. This is a home-based role. Travel is required up to 50%. Key Qualifications
Description We effectively complete plans by cross-functionally collaborating with Field Engineering, Apple Professional Services, Apple Financial Services, Apple Business Manager, AppleCare, Technical Integrations, Finance, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Major Accounts and Channel Sales teams. Through working closely with our MSPs' leadership team and sales force, we capture their hearts and minds for Apple. We use Apple services development and enablement programs to train and develop partner capabilities. We regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership. We identify new business opportunities and support them through closure. We make certain that any client issues and/or concerns are raised and addressed. We share status, progress and facilitate sales activity across the MSP and Apple sales teams. In this role, you will: Focus on activating strategic partnerships with Apple Managed Service Providers Build and implement annual joint business plans that are updated quarterly with our MSPs Work with the partners to develop compelling customer offers Develop sales programs that drive seller participation and address MSP profitability Create successful demand generation campaigns to build awareness and pipeline Responsible for running quarterly business reviews Working with Apple leadership to provide quarterly tracking of partner services / Apple demand and pipeline 8-10 yrs leading strategic partnerships with/for a Global MSP, System Integrator, MDM Provider, PC OEM, and/or ISV; developing executive relationship, and collaborating on joint business plans demonstrating key growth levers to accelerate revenue and customer success Ability to proactively build rapport, credibility, influence, and get results throughout an organization at all levels, across many functions in a highly matrixed organization Resourceful, creative and diligent with outstanding communication and organizational skills Ability to think strategically and also implement flawlessly under tight timelines Experience delivering measurable results, and presenting those results to executive leadership Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits
