Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide confidential and professional secretarial support and administrative services to executive leadership team members.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
* Serves as the primary administrative assistant supporting multiple Executive Leadership Team members. Acts as conduit between ELT members and staff when travel and business schedules preclude direct interaction.
* Composes, prepares, proofreads and edits organizational documents as necessary.
* Organizes, maintains, and retrieves files, records, and systems, following up on pending matters.
* Maintains ELT calendars to ensure schedules are met.
* Prepares regular and special reports, coordinating information and summarizing data.
* May provide administrative support for other senior level leaders (SLT).
* Tracks and expedites projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
* Screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors using discretion and judgment in dealing with internal and external customers to determine nature of business and appropriate individuals to address the issues.
* Performs confidential administrative functions including developing and distributing written correspondence. Responds to routine external correspondence. Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents and may issue Company press releases.
* May be requested to assist with governmental/community relations, SLT, and/or any corporate-wide communication and distributions.
* Coordinates travel schedules and reservations ensuring the most cost-effective arrangements for meetings.
* Collects, maintains, and requisitions inventory of office equipment and supplies. Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information on invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget. May include coordinating executive conference calls, video conferences, quarterly earnings & web casts. May need to assist with office clean-up after staff meetings, restocking supplies, etc.
* Provides reception coverage and acts as a back-up to other administrative assistants as needed (e.g., vacation, PTO, etc.).
* Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:
* Minimum Education: High school diploma. Associate's degree in secretarial science or business strongly preferred.
* Minimum Experience: 10 years' experience with high school diploma. 5-7 years' experience with Associate's degree.

Knowledge & Skills:
* Special Skills: Strong Computer skills. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills. Ability to follow written and verbal direction. Ability to operate standard office equipment and knowledge of basic office management procedures. Has prior experience and ability to develop strong working relationships with ELT and Board level. Maintains confidential information. Strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Works in an efficient and expedited manner to deliver organizational-wide projects and deliverables.
* Specialized Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills Products, PowerPoint, Excel, IT technologies, and videoconferencing
