As an OE Business Partner aligned with both HR and Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will provide expertise in Organizational Effectiveness, Operating Model Design and Team Effectiveness practices. You will lead the end-to-end delivery for large complex projects with significant regional and global scope and complexity. You will own the day-to-day delivery and execution of the Team Effectiveness project portfolio to ensure it meets business needs. Your expertise will influence the direction of Operating Model projects or programs that solve strategic business problems across Capital Group. You'll contribute to high-performing and diverse teams across Capital Group work efforts, including those within HR and the Enterprise Change Office. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554 New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
