MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5-8 years' experience with Dynamic Fires
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • TS/SCI clearance


DESIRED SKILLS:



  • Previous T&E experience to include test planning
  • Experience developing procedures such as TTP, CONOPS, or SOPs
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • SATCOM Engineering
    • All-Source Targeting

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as the Dynamic Fires Analyst for the Maka Nui Joint Feasibility Study (JFS) project designed to develop TTP to integrate Maka Nui sensor with ground and space communication systems for data resiliency and redundancy
  • Prove the feasibility to test data transport resiliency and latency and develop a TTP for an optical ground sensor (laser communications) capability
  • Responsible to the Maka Nui JFS contract Project Manager (PM) and the Government Joint Feasibility Study Director
  • Develop and present the project's Program Master Plan to gain successful charter decision for the two year Maka Nui Joint Test
  • Responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of all contract deliverable items to include the Project Master Plan, the conduct of the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, initial test venue coordination and conduct of various project vetting boards and councils
  • Serve as a member of a diverse team consisting of a SATCOM Engineer Analyst, Operations Research Systems Analyst, and an All-Source Targeting Analyst
