Description We are seeking a dedicated Deskside Support Technician to join our ESA V program, providing essential IT services to multiple customers within the Department of Justice. The program encompasses a wide range of IT services, including help desk, deskside support, Windows workstation engineering and maintenance, managed print services, ITSM, Active Directory services, and video conferencing. Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be personable, articulate, and committed to meeting customers' IT needs in an expedient and efficient manner. They must be independent and driven, capable of working with limited supervision.
