Job Summary Our Materials Manager will plan, lead, and implement all activities associated with the Materials department including purchasing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling for our small cable plant (under 50 employees) in Carson, CA under a high mix low volume environment. This role falls under Belden's Alpha Wire Brand. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and will work onsite from our custom cable plant in Carson, CA. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $81,900 - $122,850 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
