Description We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated senior facilities professional to join our team and be responsible for the critical infrastructure of Apple corporate and R&D facilities. Responsibilities will include: - Oversee and maintain all mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. - Lead fire life safety systems, conducting regular inspections and updates in compliance with local regulations. - Support building automation and control systems, optimizing for energy efficiency and performance. - Support maintenance and updates of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Lead a team of vendors, engineers and technicians, providing training and development opportunities. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility-related projects and improvements. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement. - Act as interim Head of Facilities during their absence, managing operations, making decisions, and maintaining workflow seamlessly. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits
