The Opportunity: Join our dynamic Utilities and Engineering Team as a Controls Specialist II, supporting building automation systems (BAS) retrofit projects, LED lighting retrofit projects, and Duke Energy rebates. Under the supervision of the Engineering Director, Engineering Services and the Project Manager, this position executes energy audits, provides BAS support for testing and balance, and performs maintenance on BAS and electronic equipment essential for HVAC control.
