Job Description The Manager of Training Operations and Staff Development oversees the training team, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs. This role requires a balance of management skills and knowledge of training best practices. This role involves strategic development and execution of training programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and employ modern learning methodologies. This position plays a critical role in fostering employee development and retention, and in driving the organization's success through effective staff training and development. Position must adhere to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines. *This position may perform job responsibilities directly for a customer contract, which may be subject to a more thorough criminal background check to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, outside the standard screening.
