Manager, Training Operations

Job Description

The Manager of Training Operations and Staff Development oversees the training team, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs. This role requires a balance of management skills and knowledge of training best practices. This role involves strategic development and execution of training programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and employ modern learning methodologies. This position plays a critical role in fostering employee development and retention, and in driving the organization's success through effective staff training and development. Must be legally authorized to work within country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B) now and/or in the future.

Job Responsibilities



  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the training team with effective staff scheduling and evaluation.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize advanced training tools and technologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for training effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement a feedback mechanism for training enhancement.
  • Employee Development: Drive employee career progression and retention initiatives.
  • Access Infinite Campus production customer data and production data in public test adhering to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines
  • Other related duties as assigned

Position must adhere to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines.
