Responsibilities Provide pharmaceutical care for patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatric. Qualifications Job Requirements Current license to practice pharmacy in Oklahoma Basic Life Support (BLS) Active membership in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Preferred Job Requirements Three (3) years hospital clinical pharmacy experience and/or postgraduate year one pharmacy residency Graduate of college of pharmacy accredited by ACPE or equivalent - PharmD Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
