The US Marketing Organization partners with Franklin Templeton's distribution teams and is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy and related deliverables/communications designed to drive flows and retain assets. The US Marketing Organization oversees the end-to-end client experience and works with all related functions to achieve a seamless journey for Franklin Templeton clients.Within the US Marketing Organizations sits the Insurance Client Marketing Director, responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Franklin Templeton US Retirement, Insurance, & 529 organization, which includes roughly 50 professionals and accounts for approximately $125 Billion in assets, across both the defined contribution and insurance/subadvisory businesses. Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards-monetary and non-monetary-designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
