JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction, the Development Operations Manager oversee various aspects of the fundraising process with key responsibility to Data Base Management, Donor Pipeline Research, Reporting and Campaign support. Manage development operations, including Foundations CRM, support development team and capital campaign staff, streamline processes and enhance efficiency in donor engagement. Maintain accurate donor records, optimize fundraising systems, and contribute to a successful and sustainable fundraising strategy. Assist Manager in the planning, implementation and documentation of fund-raising programs, campaigns, and activities for the Foundation, with specific responsibility for the capital fundraising, annual fund and major gifts. Utilize organizational prowess to maximize donor engagement through stewardship, and pipeline development. Support Development Directors and Executives to maximize success. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
