Description
UDR, Inc. is now hiring a Summer Intern to join our Human Resources, supporting instructional design on our Learning & Development team, in our corporate office in Highlands Ranch. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for collaborating with others in the department to assess and develop instructional design content. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Manager - HR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities will vary based upon the current state of a given project and/or departmental needs. Incumbent can be expected to have an opportunity to perform the following tasks:
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Some bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. REQUIREMENTS: In order to apply, applicants must be: Pay: $22-25/hr.
