We are searching for an Equipment Operator to perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout the facilities. Perform inspections of mechanical areas, equipment and piping systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment and systems. Make repairs, calibrate and functionally test equipment and systems. Recommend solutions for necessary corrective action. Read, record and interpret data/readings. Operate the Hospital Energy Management Systems and equipment. Perform water/chemical testing of cooling towers and HVAC systems and add necessary chemical treatment to systems.
