Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, this role is responsible for supporting the quarterly earnings process, reviewing analyst consensus estimates, enhancing the investor and analyst management process, and assisting in ad hoc analysis to support corporate finance and other investor relations functions. This role will also assist in treasury, and debt management activities as needed.

This a highly visible role on a small IR team with cross functional collaboration across teams in corporate finance, data analytics, communications, and other business segments.

Responsibilities
  • Support quarterly earnings process and in the preparation of analyst and investor conference call materials, scripts, press releases, presentations and other financial information.
  • Analyze sell-side research reports, provide insights, and maintain detailed database of consensus estimates
  • Compile and maintain company and peer benchmarking analysis of valuation, financial and operational metrics, including peer-company earnings reviews.
  • Conduct targeted research by analyzing and summarizing financial as well as operational information about industry, company, and competitors
  • Prepare reference materials for executive leadership participating in investor meetings and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Candidate for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Relevant coursework or industry experience in corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, and/or investment banking
  • Understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, financial modeling, and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to, collaborate with, and build effective business partnerships across the organization
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
