POSITION TITLE: Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator REPORTS TO: Operations Manager DEPARTMENT: Operations LOCATION: Hillsboro, Oregon FLSA STATUS: Exempt SUMMARY: The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator (CQIC) is responsible for the overall clinical and regulatory compliance for all company ground resources in Washington County, Oregon. The CQIC must possess extensive knowledge of clinical metrics and quality assurance and improvement measures. They will be expected to use their knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) to focus on the details of working with complex technical data. The CQIC should have the KSAs to improve clinical outcomes with a deep understanding of the model for improvement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Licensing/Certification:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the direct delivery of pre-hospital advanced life support as a Paramedic. Knowledge and Skills:
