Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas. REH's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.

Providence is calling a Senior Manager Demand Planning and Forecasting who will:



  • Focus on achieving Providence's recently focused investment in shifting corporate shared services functions from a service delivery to a service performance mindset
  • Focus on outcomes over activity
  • Have a proven track record in demand management, strategic planning, and team leadership
  • Play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring alignment between supply and demand in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence and Technology vertical
  • Work closely with Sourcing and Operations leaders to ensure supply reliability and resiliency, including implementation of cost-savings and strategic optimization programs
  • Work to elevate the performance of our supply chain (e.g., substantial improvement in performance, cost, etc.) based on REH's priorities

Required qualifications for this position include:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering or another related field of study
  • 8+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting
  • 6+ years of leadership experience


Preferred qualifications for this position include:



  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research or another related field of study
