Scope:

With guidance from the Data and Analytics team, evaluate business processes, identify needs, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities. Assist in creating data collateral to be used for served and self-served data consumers. Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to determine priorities.

Essential Functions:

• Compile and analyze data for potential business expansion. Participate in researching specific business opportunities.

• Contribute to projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomes.

• Assist optimization and validation initiatives are implemented, tracked, and reviewed postproduction with guidance from senior members of the team.

• Compile data in a framework that can be utilized by served and self-serving stakeholders with direction from senior members of the team.

• Under general supervision, propose data for business analysis or stakeholder initiatives using core Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Understand which tools and techniques should be used based on the situation presented.

• Support analysts in the creation and presentation of reports for executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Significant coursework toward degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.

• 0-2 years' experience with hands-on data visualization design and development in large-scale and complex environments.

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server.

• Experience with organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
