The center's current scope of work includes behavioral health, child health & well-being, community health systems development, health & health care financing, health in all policies, health systems transformation, long-term services & support, population & global health, and rural health. The center conducts, analyzes, and disseminates qualitative and quantitative research to connect decision-makers with the objective research and guidance needed to make informed decisions about health policy and programs. ABOUT THIS POSITION The SRA is a member of multiple research, policy development, technical assistance, and programmatic teams within COE. The SRA will provide leadership across content areas, with a focus on children's behavioral health and will have a lead role in overseeing the daily operations and logistics of the team's work. The SRA will also manage the daily operations of grants and contracts within the organization's matrix structure, actively support the success of staff and the team, develop new business, and develop/maintain relationships across a spectrum of partners. In addition, one position primarily supports the COE as a senior advisor, working closely with the director of behavioral health and the COE Management Team in overseeing the portfolio of work for this team and developing the team's research portfolio.
