Digital Transformation and Product Manager

Key Role:

Manage tasks and initiatives associated with the product development life cycle for digital products and services. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with project management, artificial intelligence, and data solutions and data architectures
• Experience with modeling business processes, process analysis methodologies, or capturing requirements
• Experience working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
• Experience identifying documentation gaps and creating process documentation items
• Experience with the Booz Allen ASPECT Process and Booz Allen Partnerships and Alliances
• Experience working with Brightlabs and other IR&D activities
• Knowledge of product or project management
• Knowledge of requirements and Agile methodologies
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the systems development life cycle
• Experience with project tracking and management tools, including Jira and Microsoft Project
• Experience with systems andsoftware engineering
• Experience working on projects for multiple integrated systems
• Possession of excellent presentation, critical thinking, and analytics skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree
• Agile or Project Management Certification
