The Campus Recruiter reflects GLG's commitment to attracting the brightest talent globally. The Campus Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing GLG's U.S. campus recruiting strategy and maintaining various external relationships to engage top entry-level talent. The campus recruiter works closely with Client Solutions leadership and supports all aspects of the recruiting life cycle.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



  • Developing and implementing GLG's on-campus and virtual campus recruiting strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with university contacts and external vendors
  • Crafting well-attended campus events through successful relationship-building, marketing, and logistical planning and execution
  • Representing GLG through travel to campus recruiting events in- and out-of-state
  • Ensuring positive candidate experiences by tracking and supporting each candidate's progress through GLG's high-volume recruiting process
  • Reflecting GLG's commitment to diversity and inclusion through all sourcing and recruiting efforts
  • Screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, including reviewing resumes, phone interviewing, interview coordination, and frequent communication with candidates
  • Utilizing GLG's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update candidate profiles and progress, schedule interviews, message candidates, and track sourcing and funnel data


An ideal candidate will have the following:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a campus recruiting and/or early career talent acquisition role
  • Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding client service skills, strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and high-volume recruiting environment
  • A desire to further develop recruiting capabilities

Working Environment: Flexible / Hybrid working arrangements typically requiring 2 days per week in office.

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:
$69,500 - $96,000 USD
