HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION

The Warehouse Worker Delivery Driver is located at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance's Rancho Bernardo Warehouse. Primary duties involve loading vehicles and making deliveries and perform a variety of general warehousing and stores functions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receives and files orders
• Organizes materials for delivery and loads delivery truck
• Delivers materials to multiple sites within the Zoo and the Safari Park
• Makes emergency or special pick-ups and deliveries
• Receives materials delivered to warehouse, checks and inspects items
• Sort and stores stock in warehouse using fork-lifts and dollies
• Keeps warehouse areas and shelves in clean and orderly condition
• Obtains items at designated locations for re-distribution or delivery
• Obtains supplies and materials from outside vendors

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A motivated team player who is outgoing and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic ability to use a computer for inputting data and calling up reports. Must be at least 18 years of age. This position requires successful completion of physical ability test.

• Current valid California Driver's License in good standing
