Program Manager, SOC Solutions

We are looking for a passionate and technical savvy Program Manager to partner with our technical team to deliver value to our customers with our End-to-End solutions.

You will be part of the team that defines the strategy for our advanced platforms solutions and at the center of collaborations and partnerships with several groups in Synopsys to leverage synergies across EDA, IPs, System Solutions and other functions. You will support the technical team to drive internal and external projects to completion, to manage bandwidth, priorities and work model with cross-functional teams spanning geographical and organizational boundaries. You will act as an interface between the system solution group, account managers, and Synopsys product groups towards creating unified solutions that address the growing needs of our customers.

Join a team that spans cross-functionally among different products to create holistic solutions for advanced disciplines, such as Functional Safety and Security, deployed in the automotive market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the team to plan and track their projects and drive them to completion
  • Collaborate with cross functional groups to ensure definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models
  • Manage priorities, bandwidth, and alignments across different stakeholders
  • Interface with account teams to manage the overall customer situation (projects, opportunities, existing tool deployments, etc.)

Key Qualifications -
  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including EDA, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience organizing and communicating information, representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems and large-scale systems
  • Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, face-to-face, and team partnership work skills are required to succeed in this role.
  • Collaborative team player, supportive and comfortable in a matrixed, international, team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred experience
  • MBA and/or PMP training is preferred
  • Having ASIC design center and/or SoC design management with customer interfacing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience in one or more areas preferred: Hyper-Scaler, Low Power, Multi-Die Solutions, Automotive

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $133,000 to $199,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on several job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
