Sr. Inventory Analyst Specialist

Job Description and Requirements

This role will be supporting the Hardware Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment Operations Team, covering capital equipment and accessories for a large volume industry leading hardware manufacturing company. Below are some key tasks and responsibilities, covering this role that are performed on a daily or weekly basis:

  • Lead efforts to coordinate with Management on inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
  • Responsible for managing daily inventory transactions; goods receipts and outgoing shipments to suppliers.
  • Provide and support several types of reports and KPI's as it relates to inventory management activities.
  • Constant communication with key stakeholders and management.
  • Understand, communicate and track gaps in inventory processes and transactions.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills, demonstrate good judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills that can properly collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Research inconsistencies around inventory discrepancies and facilitate any non-conforming receipts.
  • Ability to work independently toward defined goals and maintain procurement goals at the highest level
  • Attention to details is a must
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with advanced ERP systems. SAP is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience with Inventory management.
  • Clear understanding of ISO and SOX requirements.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP Reporting.
  • Communicates effortlessly and efficiently at all levels
  • Ability to adapt quickly (think outside of the box), problem solve and provide input on process and procedure enhancements.
  • Previous work history with offsite inventory storage and 3PL storage is a plus.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $113,000-$169,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
