Responsible for the uptime, repair, and maintenance of complex equipment in a multi-faceted manufacturing environment. You will be a key technical, and maintenance program leader for Optical Fabrication. Excellent communication skills are required both verbal and written, providing daily reports for equipment statuses, maintenance performed and open tasks on projects while making improvements in equipment maintenance program. You will engage in the adoption and industrialization of new products and new processes through a strong collaboration and partnership with Operations and Engineering. Individual should be a passionate team player who enjoys the success of team members as much as who enjoy personal success. As a member of the Optical Fabrication Production Support Team displaying structured systematic problem solving, innovative problem resolution, and encouraging new ideas is essential. Candidate must be able to work and communicate effectively with Peers, Production Operations, Equipment Engineering, and Production Engineering, across all shifts to maintain production continuity to meet the business goals. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
