SUMMARY: ClarkDietrich offers a comprehensive lineup of steel construction products and services for both cold-formed steel framing and drywall plastering finishing systems. We manufacture innovative products for interior and exterior finishing, flooring and roof framing, as well as clips, connectors, metal lath, welded wire, barrier mesh and accessories. ClarkDietrich is seeking highly talented leaders to join our Management Development Associate Program. The Management Development Associate Program will train highly motivated and qualified individuals to assume Plant Supervisor or higher management positions within the organization. The position requires solid mechanical and technical aptitudes. The position will also require strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and/or relevant management experience. Our training program features an intensive interactive experience that develops a full understanding of plant operations. The candidate will train and work within ClarkDietrich's four core values; 1. The 1-2 year training program will prepare candidates for a successful career with ClarkDietrich. This structured program will allow the candidate to develop an understanding of the interdependencies between Sales, HR, Purchasing, IT and Finance/Accounting.
The Management Development Associate begin their training at one of our manufacturing facilities, and upon completion, may be re-assigned to another location. This position may require relocation. Relocation expenses will be administered in accordance with the Company relocation policy. QUALIFICATIONS
