The Executive Administrative Assistant will use professional and relationship building skills to provide an anticipatory and high level of administrative and project support to one or more executives. Using creativity, the Executive Administrative Assistant will find ways for the organization to operate smarter and more effectively, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be able to manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, process expenses, and provide project and administrative support on day-to-day activities as well as event planning. We are looking for a highly self-motivated professional who can prioritize tasks and work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities in a changing environment and can handle all confidential matters with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the calendar for two Senior Vice Presidents, which requires scheduling across all levels of the organization

  • Organize internal and external meetings as well as participation in industry conferences

  • Assist in the compilation and distribution of materials prepared for executive leadership

  • Process expense reports and invoices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree required with 4+ years of experience in real estate and/or financial services industries

  • Strategic thinker with excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Leadership and managerial abilities

  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills required

  • Works well as part of a team, takes ownership in projects, and works quickly and effectively under strict deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint required

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced growth-oriented company

$85,000 - $100,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
