What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Portfolio Compliance Analyst?Establish, develop, and enforce effective investment compliance practices and processes. The employer will accept three (3) years of academic study toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent plus two years of related work experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement. **Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.**. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
